Calzedonia selects the Iluna Group Green Label networks
The products of the GREEN LABEL collection by ILUNA GROUP have been chosen by CALZEDONIA for the new Eco Collection of tights.
The products of the GREEN LABEL collection by ILUNA GROUP have been chosen by CALZEDONIA for the new Eco Collection of tights. Beautiful, innovative and made with recycled yarns even in the stretch part, the Eco Collection tights are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.
These two yarns have been used in the collection:
- Q-NOVA® by Fulgar, an eco-sustainable nylon 6.6 fiber obtained from regenerated raw materials through a mechanical process that does not involve the use of chemical materials, certified Global Recycled Standard (GRS), which has already been part of the HIGG INDEX, the index for evaluating the environmental impact of the entire life cycle of a garment developed by the SAC (Sustainable Apparel Coalition)
- ROICA™ EF by Asahi Kasei, the first Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified recycled stretch yarn offering design, performance and responsibility.
This partnership once again confirms Iluna's commitment to creating sustainable and design products, thanks to a technological and corporate system that covers the entire perimeter of production: from materials to processing, through dyeing, up to finishing. An industrial reality that increasingly integrates the value of responsibility, so much so that the percentage of green production of Iluna Group has risen from 3% in 2018 to 52% in 2021.
