We are glad to inform you that on 27th of July 2009 FULGAR S.P.A. and ITEX S.R.L. have stipulate an agreement that provides Itex S.r.l. activities to be transfered to Fulgar S.p.a..
As agreed upon this contract, Fulgar S.p.a., as from 01st of October 2009, will have the distribution of Invista-Lycra, Elaspan and T400 products for hosiery, seamless and knitting in Italy, Spain and Portugal.

This sole right will make Fulgar S.p.a. more competitive and operative on the European market, adding to its consolidate presence since 2007, in Greece, Turkey, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria.
